Free shipping

Orders over $74.99 ship free. No code needed, no hoops to jump through, it just shows up at checkout. Think of it as our way of saying thanks for stocking the station.

Order processing

Once you place your order, we typically get it into production within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, holidays, big sale events, the week everyone suddenly remembers Father's Day, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience. We know what it's like to be short-staffed.

Shipping & delivery

After your order ships, expect delivery within 3–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. So from order to doorstep, you're generally looking at 5–8 business days under normal conditions.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can watch it make its way to you. Refresh it obsessively if you need to, we get it.
